Prepare your photographs

Submit JPEG or PNG originals at the best available resolution. Name files clearly and identify any specific image in your brief. RAW, HEIC, PSD, layered files, video and physical photographs are outside the standard packages. Keep your own backups.

Share your files

Select JPEG or PNG originals directly in the order form. Each file may be up to 10 MB, subject to the lower limit displayed for your server; the package allows up to 5 or 10 files, with a 100 MB total limit. Files are uploaded only when you continue to checkout. Uploads are encrypted in website storage and available to authorised order staff. They are not added to a public media gallery. Incomplete or abandoned uploads are scheduled for removal after 24 hours. Keep your own backups.

What each package includes

The Essential Edit covers up to 5 images with exposure, color, white balance, crop and straightening. The Portrait Edit covers up to 5 images with those adjustments plus temporary blemish cleanup and reasonable stray-hair cleanup. The Product Edit covers up to 10 images with color matching, dust cleanup and simple white or transparent backgrounds. Complex edges, reflective composites, body reshaping, image restoration and adding new objects are outside scope and must be quoted separately.

Timetable

The target is 2–3 business days after confirmed payment and receipt of usable files and a complete brief. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in England. The target is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. If a material delay is expected, we will explain and agree the next step. Files awaiting clarification or access are not in active editing. If no immediate-start request is made, work starts after the applicable cancellation period.

Delivery format

Edited files are supplied as JPEG or PNG through a download link sent to the email used for the order. We retain source dimensions where suitable; cropping may reduce them. We do not promise added detail, 4K output, print size, RAW files or editable working files unless expressly agreed before payment. Color may vary between screens and print.

Review and availability

One round of adjustments within the original brief is included if requested within 7 days of delivery. This limit does not reduce rights for non-conforming services. Download promptly and keep a backup. Working photo files are scheduled for removal from our active systems 30 days after final delivery or cancellation, subject to disputes and necessary legal retention.
