Before work begins

If you are a consumer and a statutory cancellation right applies, you can cancel within 14 days after the service contract is concluded without giving a reason. We also refund an unstarted package in full if we cannot accept the brief or the supplied files are unsuitable and no alternative is agreed.

Starting during the cancellation period

You may expressly request that we begin work during the 14-day period. The checkout provides a separate unticked choice. If you do not make that request, we wait until the cancellation period ends. If you cancel after requested work has begun, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service already supplied, calculated against the agreed total price, where legally permitted and where the required information was provided. Merely making payment or sending a link does not by itself remove your cancellation rights.

After full performance

The cancellation right ends after the service has been fully performed only where you previously expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that the right would then end, as applicable law requires. Delivering a file does not override your rights if the service is defective or does not match the agreed description.

Problems with your edit

Contact us with the order number, affected files and the issue. Where required, we will repeat or correct the service within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, or provide an appropriate price reduction or refund. The included revision is separate from statutory remedies. We do not limit those remedies to a 7-day reporting period.

How to cancel

Send a clear cancellation statement through the Contact page support channel, by replying to your confirmation email, or by post to our registered office. You may use this optional model form: “To ACTIONS BRIGHT LTD, 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following photo editing service: [service/order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sent on paper].”

Refund timing

Approved cancellation refunds are made without undue delay and normally within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Any permitted proportionate service charge will be explained. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund. No subscription is created by purchasing a package.
